There’s just 1 week to go until the Great Starfish Trail gets underway, and we’re delighted to have a team of 20 volunteers, aged 15 – 88, now signed up to walk, run, swim or cycle to help raise awareness, and vital funds, for Starfish Asia.
Not only that, we have exceeded the target distance of 750km, and extended the virtual route to start from Karachi (in the south) and end in Islamabad (in the north). That is a staggering 1650km, almost the entire length of Pakistan! Throughout the 14 days, we will have volunteers all across the UK working together for a shared goal. Whether this be a walk in the local area, a run at an organised event or a long-distance cycle ride, every kilometre counts!
