Every year we commit to provide a new set of five textbooks to every student in our supported schools. This vital resource not only helps with their education, but also seeks to foster a love of reading that will serve them in the future. Low literacy rates amongst Christians in Pakistan often mean that children drop out of school and end up in low-skilled, low-wage jobs. Starfish Asia seeks to reverse this trend and raise up the next generation of talented, literate and educated Christians.
